Dragonfly Uploader - Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 3, 2026Dragonfly YouTube Uploader is a private archival and content-management application operated by The Dragonfly Catalyst™.Purpose
The application is intended to upload and manage video content owned or controlled by the authorized operator on the operator’s own YouTube channel.
It is not currently offered as a public upload platform, consumer SaaS product, or third-party YouTube account management service.YouTube Terms
Dragonfly YouTube Uploader uses YouTube API Services.
By using or authorizing Dragonfly YouTube Uploader, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service:

Use of the application is also subject to applicable Google and YouTube policies.Authorized Content
Users must only upload content that they own, control, or otherwise have the legal right to upload.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content complies with applicable law, the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright requirements, and other applicable YouTube policies.Authorized Actions
Depending on permissions granted through Google OAuth, Dragonfly YouTube Uploader may:
- identify the authorized YouTube channel;
- read limited channel and video information;
- upload videos;
- create or update video metadata;
- set or modify video visibility when explicitly configured by the authorized user;
- maintain local records necessary to prevent duplicate uploads and resume interrupted processing.
The application will not intentionally upload to a YouTube channel other than the channel authorized and approved by the operator.User Control
The authorized user remains responsible for the application’s configuration and may stop the application or revoke Google OAuth access at any time.

Dragonfly YouTube Uploader is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Automated uploads may be affected by network availability, Google or YouTube API availability, API quotas, operating-system behavior, changes to third-party services, or other technical conditions.
No guarantee is made that the application will operate continuously or without interruption.Limitation of Use
The application must not be used to violate YouTube policies, circumvent platform restrictions, infringe copyright, distribute unlawful material, or misrepresent ownership of content.Changes
These Terms may be updated as the application changes or as Google and YouTube API requirements change.Contact
